Featuring a spacious private back yard, Pups welcome! 20 miles from Hollywood and Beaches. Centrally located on the boarder of Los Angeles and Ventura County. Close to low traffic 118 freeway, easy commute to near by tourist destinations. 1/4 mile to local park and elementary school. Plenty of local and chain restaurants, markets and shopping in the area.

Great location, quick communication and an easy check in/check out. Highly recommend! We were traveling with 4 kids and the house offered space for all of them as well as a yard to run in when we happened to be there. Not too far from six flags and Malibu beaches.

The home is comfortable, open, and bright. Kitchen and dining area are spacious. We were so glad that tge home has air conditioning because it was warmer than expected. The water pressure was great too.

This is such a peaceful clean quiet neighborhood, slightly out of the big city but close enough to get everywhere. We lived here for 4 years with our 3 children prior to renting it out
