The south-facing balcony with mountain views invites you to start the day with the morning sun or wind it down in the quiet of the evening. A private entrance ensures privacy and independence.

In summer, over 200 km of hiking trails begin right outside the property. Walks along the Isel River, e-bike tours, alpine hut tours, or snowshoe hikes with national park rangers let you experience nature up close.

In winter, the cross-country ski trail runs right past Santner alpine tauern living, and toboggan runs, ski lifts, and snow-covered winter trails are in the immediate vicinity.

Cafés, inns, and the Virgen Sports Centre are easily accessible.
