3-room holiday apartment with 2 balconies (north and south-facing, with awnings) on the top floor of an apartment building, accommodating up to 4 people. Electric roller shutters keep the entire apartment pleasantly cool and provide privacy. Pleated blinds provide comfort and privacy. For the cooler months, there is a fireplace in the living room, which also features a couch, a dining area, a flat-screen TV, and a stereo system with a CD player. A special highlight of the holiday rental is the ceiling height in the living room and one bedroom, which is approximately 4.20 m and slopes down to a height of approximately 2.60 m. This is your oasis of well-being. The kitchen is equipped with, among other things, a dishwasher, a refrigerator, a 4-burner ceramic cooktop, and a microwave. The first bedroom features a double bed. The second bedroom also features a bed that can be used as either a single or a double bed, depending on your preference, and is equipped with cosy mattress toppers. The choice is yours. Two spacious closets provide plenty of storage. There is also a flat-screen TV here. The bathroom includes a shower, a toilet, and a washing machine. The accommodation includes a parking space directly in front of the house.

The Baltic Sea spa town of Graal-Müritz is located between Rostock and the Fischland-Darss-Zingst peninsula. The town stretches 5 km along the Baltic Sea and is almost entirely surrounded by the Rostocker Heide forest. Graal-Müritz offers various attractions, such as the 350-meter-long pier and the 4.5-hectare rhododendron park. 


Bedding and towels are not included in the rental price; you may bring your own or book them as an optional extra. The visitor’s tax for your stay is payable in cash upon arrival.

Check-in is available from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM, and check-out from 2:00 AM to 10:00 AM. Keys are handed over at the office of the holiday rental agency.
