Nice 1 bed with den - doubles as spare bed with the right kit (note : settee is also a sofa bed) Major plus is the balcony with loads of space and ample seating. Almost gives an extra 25 % space The condo has massive pools including a lap pool ( major drawcard in hot Miami) plus a really well equipped gym with 3 large workout rooms. Staff at the condo were very helpful and very polite.Location wise - Brickell and Brickell Village is only 5-10 mins walk from 13th ( plus the metromover / metrorail station) and there is a local large Publix only 5 mins walk from condo. There is a million places to eat drink and shop in Brickell and Downtown is a short stroll.David the host was friendly, fast, assiduous and solved any problems immediately ( esp aircon which needed sorting). Highly recommend booking with him.
