Es ist eine sehr große und schön eingerichtete Ferienwohnung. Wir haben ohne Probleme hergefunden und auch mit dem Schlüssel hat alles super geklappt. Es ist alles da was man braucht um hier ein paar schöne Tage zu verbringen. Es ist alles sauber und gemütlich. Das Rauschen vom Wasser ist relativ laut, aber kein Problem. Wenn man ein paar Tage da ist, kann man gut damit leben. Alles in allem ist diese Ferienwohnung sehr zu empfehlen. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wieder hier her kommen.

Die Wohnung war super, wenn auch das Wohnzimmer/Küche ziemlich dunkel war. Wahrscheinlich wegen der eng stehenden Bäume im Garten.Ansonsten super ausgestattet und alles super sauber.Kommunikation mit dem Anbieter war super freundlich. Leider war die Waschmaschine defekt,man hat aber sofort versucht sie zu reparieren. Als dies nicht funktionierte,bekamen wir 50 Euro erstattet. Wir würden die Wohnung auf jeden Fall nochmal buchen. Biergarten in 200m Entfernung..super Essen, super nettes Personal.

Wundervoller Start in den Herbst!

Meine Tochter und ich haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Wir haben noch so eine toll ausgestattete Ferienwohnung gehabt. Wir haben uns mega wohlgefühlt und planen auf jeden Fall wieder zu kommen. Liebe Grüße Claudia & Vivien

Große, ruhige FeWo am Fluß

Die FeWo ist groß, Küche gut ausgestattet, es gibt einen Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach. Die Schlafzimmer sind groß genug, jeweils mit Schrank und Nachtschrank, auch ein Stuhl ist jeweils drin. Im Bad gibt es leider nur eine Wanne mit Duschwand zum Ausklappen, ging aber auch. Die Ache (der Abfluß des Königssees) fließt in Sichtweite (okay, vom Balkon aus zwischen den Bäumen :-) vorbei, wir fanden das Geräusch beruhigend. Zu Fuß ist man schnell beim Bäcker und bei diversen Restaurants, bis zum Königssee dauert es etwas länger, aber man kann auch den Bus nehmen, der ist mit Gästekarte kostenlos. Alles in allem ein schöner Aufenthalt, ist zu empfehlen.

10 min zu Fuß in das Ortszentrum und 5 min zur Bushaltestelle sind sehr gut. Sehr gut und vollständig ausgestattet. Viel Besteck und Geschirr vorhanden - sehr gut. Balkon schattig - gut im Sommer. Alles sehr neu und gut erhalten. Das Rauschen der Königsseer Ache ist immer da. Waschmaschine u. Trockner gegen Gebühr sehr praktisch.

Schöne Lage direkt an der Ache

Der Königssee und auch Berchtesgaden sind fußläufig an der Ache entlang gut zu erreichen. Man kann sehr schöne Wanderungen direkt vor der Tür starten.

Schöne Lage und gute Ausstattung

Es war ziemlich perfekt, die Küchenutensilien waren ziemlich umfangreich und ermöglichten ein problemloses Kochen. Die gesamte Einrichtung war sehr gut in Schuss und ließ kaum einen Wunsch offen. Zudem konnte auf dem großen Balkon die Lage an der direkt vorbeifließenden Ache genossen werden. Die Organisation des Aufenthalts von An- bis Abreise war perfekt.

Sehr gut ausgestattet, sauber aber etwas laut

Es gibt genug Geschirr und auch sonst ist die Ausstattung sehr gut. Die Wohnung war sauber und modern eingerichtet. Über einen sehr schönen 2 km langen Fußweg gelangt man direkt an den Königssee. Durch den Fluss hinterm Haus war es bei geöffnetem Fenster allerdings recht laut.

Sehr gut ausgestattete, saubere Wohnung in toller Lage

Die FeWo ist neu, wertig und komfortabel eingerichtet. Die Betten sind bequem, die Küche lässt keine Wünsche offen. Das Sofa im Wohnzimmer ist sehr groß und bequem. Einziger Kritikpunkt ist das etwas zu klein geratene Smart-TV (für Regentage). Der Check-In ist einfach, flexibel und praktisch. Alles in allem eine absolute Empfehlung von uns.
