Gute Lage, für 4 Personen ideal

Sehr schöne Wohnung, ideal für eine Familie oder zwei Paare, das Schlafsofa haben wir nicht genutzt.Für eine Ferienwohnung erfreulich gut ausgestattet mit Haken und Abstellmöglichkeiten in Bädern und Schlafzimmern.Küche gut ausgestattet mit reichlich Geschirr, Gläsern, Töpfen und Pfannen. Nicht vorhanden: Basics wie Salz, Pfeffer, Öl, Essig, Geschirrtücher, Küchenschere, Parmesanreibe. Caffetieras haben bessere Zeiten gesehen, sind aber vorhanden, ebenso eine Kaffeemaschine.Es gab ein kleines Starterpack mit Spülmittel, Schwamm und Tabs für die Spülmaschine. Müll muss getrennt werden, es wird nur ein Müllbeutel für Biomüll bereitgestellt, alle weiteren sollte man am besten selbst mitbringen.Der kleine Lebensmittelladen um die Ecke ist sehr gut sortiert und hat jeden Tag frische Brötchen.Sauberkeit okay, etwas Schimmel in einer der Duschen.Betten gut, teilweise etwas harte Matratzen.Parkplatz direkt vor der Tür, die Wohnung ist im EG und barrierefrei zugänglich. Im Sommer hätten wir vielleicht eine Terrasse vermisst, für den Winterurlaub war es perfekt.

Relax con vista

Casa molto comoda, a Penia, ultimo paese della val di Fassa. Parcheggio privato fronte ingresso, comodissimo e davanti a un prato, al bosco e con vista sul gruppo Marmolada. La casa è grande, gli ambienti sono disposti bene, elettrodomestici moderni e bagni nuovi. Molto ben fornita. Forse essendo al piano terra resta leggermente buia. Unico appunto, gli armadi delle camere non sono molto capienti.

Skiurlaub

Es gab zu wenig Gläser (für jeden nur ein Wasserglas) und überhaupt keine Weingläser. Es fehlten vernünpftige Messer (es gab keine Schmiermesser und die Messer zum Bearbeiten von Gemüse, ... waren schlecht zu gebrauchen. Die Beschreibung, wie man an den Schlüssel kommt, war etwas verwirrend. Wir hatten mit einem Schlüsselsafe direkt an der Unterkunft gerechnt. Aber wir mussten den Schlüssel abholen. Eine deutlichere Formelierung wäre wünschenswert.

Vacanza Estiva a PENIA

Famiglia di 2 adulti, figlio (consideriamo adulto) e bimba di 10 anni. Appartamento confortevole, spazioso bello, con tutti i confort. 2 camere da letto ok, 2 bagni ok così ci siamo divisi adulti e ragazzi, sala insieme alla cucina. Sala con TV (forse ha pochi canali, ma noi siamo andati per la montagna non per la TV), divano e poltrona comodi, cucina spaziosa con lavatrice e lavastoviglie, microonde ed altri elettrodomestici. Ripostiglio per valige ecc.. aspirapolvere. Parcheggio TOP.

Bagni nuovi ma casa un po' datata

Casa con i bagni nuovi ma anche il resto avrebbe bisogno di una rinfrescata. Comodo il parcheggio. TV con solo 3 canali. Wifi non disponibile. Pulizia non al top. Coperte piene di capelli e stoviglie unte. La lavastoviglie però funziona molto bene. Discesa e salita per scendere sulla strada principale abbastanza impegnative per chi non è in forma.

Come a casa propria... ma con vista montagna

Ci siamo trovati benissimo. Il necessario tutto presente. Spazio confortevole. In paese alimentari e bar, vicinissimo ad impianti risalita e strada principale.
