Vacation apartment with a south-facing balcony-terrace and an open-concept living area

Our exclusive holiday apartment, featuring a large south-facing balcony-terrace, offers our guests an attractive and very spacious living area with a fully equipped kitchen, a cosy dining area, a pull-out sofa bed, a double bedroom with the option of adding extra beds, an additional twin bedroom, and a stylishly furnished bathroom with a corner bathtub; there is also an additional guest bathroom on the ground floor. The kitchen is fully equipped and features a dishwasher, refrigerator, oven, electric kettle, microwave, and glass-ceramic hob. The large, comfortable couch pulls out, providing sleeping space for two additional people. Our highlight is the huge, open living area. A pellet stove provides cosy warmth that makes you feel right at home. The sleeping area is located upstairs beneath an exposed roof truss with very high ceilings. We’ve also got your children covered, no matter their age (a high chair, changing table, and rollaway bed are available free of charge at any time). The apartment has its own entrance to the house. Deposit upon booking: 30% of the total price. Balance due: 7 days before arrival. Last-minute guests pay in cash upon arrival. Check-in daily from 3:00 p.m. or by telephone arrangement; check-out daily from 10:00 a.m. or by verbal agreement. Tourist tax of 2.30 EUR per adult per day (ages 16 and up), children ages 6–15: 1.40 EUR per day; this is billed separately on site. A security deposit of 100 EUR must be paid in cash on site. A baby cot is available free of charge at any time. No smoking (smoking permitted on the terrace). Pets are not allowed. A washing machine is available in your apartment. Free parking spaces (carport) are available. Storage space for bicycles, skis, sleighs, etc. Garden furniture and a grill are available for guests. Additional information available upon request.
