Choose from a cozy 2-bedroom container home complete with a hot tub and outdoor grill, a charming treehouse studio with a grill, pizza oven, and hammock overlooking the pond, or (in warmer months) a camper with peaceful water views. Each space can be booked individually or together, offering flexibility for private getaways or group experiences. Guests can enjoy both private accommodations and shared amenities. The communal spaces include the fishing ponds, a large fire pit area with picnic tables, firewood, and seating, as well as yard games and fishing gear for your use. All of this tranquility is just minutes from excellent local restaurants, bars, breweries, and wineries—and only 20 to 45 minutes from the Kansas City metro area.

Property was nice, close to a pretty busy road. It was still relaxing. There was a little cockroach issue that had to be dealt with. Nothing a shoe couldn’t handle. The little window on the door could use a window shade. The sun came through at a perfect angle to hit my pillow in the morning.
