About the host
Your host
Brian is the heart and soul of 84 Ranch—a man with a deep love for the land, the animals, and the mountains that surround him. I had a dream of raising My family, and the things that nourish us the way they were meant to be raised; on grass, under sun, and with care. The first couple years nearly broke me, but the more we kept giving back to Our dream, the more the land gave Us our favors back, tenfold.
Regenerative Farming is Our life; the kids help with chores before school, the animals spend time with Us like we’re old friends, and the pastures sing a little when the light hits just right. Folks stop by; neighbors, travelers, people hungry for something real. And we’re actually able to feed them – with food, stories, skills.
What we’re building here isn’t just a Ranch. It’s a way back to what’s honest, what’s healthy, and what lasts.
Why they chose this property
At 84 Ranch, our mission is simple — to live in harmony with the land, and to share that way of life with others. We believe real beauty comes from connection: to the soil beneath our feet, the animals in our care, and the people who find peace here.
Every day, we work to restore and regenerate — not just the earth, but the balance between comfort and simplicity, work and wonder, people and place. When you stay with us, you become part of that cycle — helping to nurture a way of living that’s honest, sustainable, and full of heart.
84 Ranch isn’t just a getaway. It’s a return — to what’s real, what’s rooted, and what lasts.
What makes this property unique
84 Ranch offers a rare blend of regenerative ranch living, peaceful open space, and close proximity to Pagosa Springs and the hot springs. Guests can experience the rhythm of ranch life, enjoy scenic trails and gathering spaces like 84 Barn with grab & go food & bar and still be just minutes from dining, shopping, and outdoor adventure.
