It’s ideally situated for a combination of active and beach holidays. Short distances to shopping and evening restaurant visits are no problem in Lauterbach. The nearest beach is just a few minutes’ walk away. The incredible landscape invites you to take coastal walks and bike rides along the beautiful Bodden coast. The nearby Goor Nature Park and the offshore island of Vilm round out the scenic landscape and enhance your stay with us. You can easily do without a car, as Lauterbach is easily accessible by train. From the Lauterbach Mole stop, it’s just a 3-minute walk to your apartment.<br><br>The apartment is located on the ground floor of this modern building. With an area of 88 m², it offers plenty of space for 3 people. Upon entering the apartment, you’ll first step into an entryway; the adjoining hallway leads to all the other rooms in the apartment. Tall windows allow plenty of natural light to flood in. The centrepiece of the apartment is the spacious living and dining area, which opens onto one of the two terraces.<br>The living area features a comfortable couch and modern entertainment electronics, while subdued lighting ensures a cosy evening. The large window wall facing the terrace is equipped with pleated blinds to keep the living area pleasantly cool even in the height of summer and to ensure privacy.<br>From the terrace, you can occasionally catch a glimpse of the “Rasender Roland” train. The open-concept kitchen in the living area is fully equipped and has everything you could want; a fully automatic coffee machine ensures a great start to the day.<br>One bedroom is furnished with a box-spring bed measuring 180 cm x 200 cm; the second bedroom features a box-spring bed measuring 90 cm x 200 cm. Both bedrooms have access to the terrace. The naturally lit bathroom features a walk-in shower, a sink, and a toilet. The entire apartment is equipped with underfloor heating.
