Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was wonderful. I really loved the easy access from the parking garage to the condo. There is a TV in every room. The owner was easy to contact. Overall a great place to stay. Thank you!

Great Condo for Families — Perfect Location and Beautiful Beach!Condo #1402 at Sunrise Beach was perfect for our family of four. I specifically chose this unit because it had two twin beds instead of bunk beds. The condo was relatively clean and was stocked with the basic kitchen and household items we needed. The ceiling fan in the master bedroom was loud because it's off balance. I notified management so they could take care of it after our stay. Some of the furnishings show signs of wear but it didn't bother us. It reminded me of our lake house growing up. I did have to run the dryer twice to get our towels completely dry, although I may have simply had it on the wrong setting. We loved the views! You can watch the sunrise from outside the front door and enjoy the sunset from the balcony. You can hear some pool noise from the balcony, but it didn't bother us. The elevators were relatively quick, so we had minimal wait times. There was plenty of parking. We parked on P1 and were able to leave our beach chairs and canopy in the car, which made things much easier. The pool area was nice but we didn't actually use it. They were replacing the safety flooring around the mushroom water feature when we were leaving, which will be a great improvement for families with little ones.The beach was fantastic during our stay. Shifting sands had created a sandbar that acted like a natural levee during low tide, making a great shallow area for families with small children.

Really enjoyed this condo for our family. Easy access to beach and pool. Owners were amazing and answered any texts at any time! Would definitely stay here again!
