Located in an exclusive neighborhood in Rye, this stunning Georgian-style country house — draped in ivy, framed by mature trees and flowering gardens — is one-of-a-kind. Spacious and elegant inside and out, it's fully equipped for modern living. The open-plan living spaces feel grand yet welcoming — a true country house atmosphere, steps from the coast.

Four en suite bedrooms feature a king bed, a queen bed, and two full beds, making it easy to accommodate family or friends, offer every guest their own private sanctuary.

As well as a gym, there's a spacious den with a TV that's perfect for younger guests. Evenings belong on the sprawling back patio with the BBQ fired up and a ping-pong game or two.

It's only 10 minutes to Rye, Mamaroneck, and Harrison, where you'll find plenty of great shops and restaurants. With direct train service to the city just 40 minutes away, it's the perfect base for city adventures (or if you want to escape the city for the weekend). If you're planning on attending World Cup games in New York, then it's the ideal retreat — or simply an excuse to slow down, breathe sea air, and live beautifully for a while.

The neighborhood is also home to the Marshlands, where you can go for a walk along the beautiful coastline.

Greenhaven is an exclusive neighborhood on the edge of the Long Island Sound in Rye, NY. We love it because it's close to the water and it's quiet, serene, and absolutely beautiful. It's home to leafy trees, and if you love nature, there are marshland walks along the coast. It's also only a short drive to Rye, Mamaroneck, and Harrison, where you'll find great shops, restaurants, and bars. Plus, it offers easy access to the city, with trains to Grand Central only a 7-minute drive away. It's also close to the beautiful Connecticut town of Greenwich.

There is honestly no other house like it in the area. It looks like a grand English country estate but feels very homely. It also feels like you're a million miles from daily life and the city because it's so quiet and peaceful. But it's so easy to get into New York City, only a 40-minute train ride away.
