Newly built, 2-room apartment. 60 square metres, living room/dining room/kitchen, separate bedroom, bathroom with shower (including ventilation system).<br>With private entrance, private garage (with wall-mounted charging station), and spacious terrace (approx. 20 square metres). Fully equipped kitchen with ceramic cooktop and oven, dishwasher, electric kettle, microwave, and coffee maker (Nespresso).<br>The bathroom features a washer-dryer that can be used for an additional fee.<br>Flat-screen TVs in the living room and bedroom. The living room features a high-quality sofa bed suitable for two people. <br>The apartment is fully tiled and equipped with underfloor heating.<br>Parking (garage) right next to the house; bicycles can also be stored there. An electrical socket is available in the garage (e.g., for an e-bike). Charging capability (11 kW wallbox) for an electric vehicle is available. <br>Bed linens and towels included! <br>Upon request, we can also leave the key in the key safe for a late check-in.<br>Pet- and smoke-free apartment!

Kurzurlaub

Moderne, saubere, gut ausgestattete Wohnung, allerdings war die Videoüberwachungskamera auf der Terrasse störend.

Die Videokamera auf der Terrasse ist auf den Hauseingang gerichtet und nicht schwenkbar. Sie ist starr montiert. Uns ist die Privatsphäre unserer Gäste sehr wichtig. Die Terrasse ist mit der Kamera nicht einsehbar! Ebenso wichtig ist uns auch die Sicherheit unserer Gäste. Gerne hätten wir sie darüber informiert, wenn sie uns gefragt hätten. Schade, dass dies erst in einer Bewertung zur Sprache kommt.

schöne und modern eingerichtet Ferienwohnung

Alles sehr ordentlich und sehr sauber, sehr gut ausgestattet, es hat an nichts gefehlt.
