Pure beach and nature on the island of Poel

Our bright, light-filled holiday rental in Gollwitz on the island of Poel, built in 2021, is located near a flat sandy beach with a children’s playground (100 m) and right next to a nature reserve. It features modern and stylish furnishings, including a cosy sitting area, a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious bathroom with a forest-style shower, two bedrooms, and a south-facing balcony. Ideal for a couple, 4 adults, or families with 1–2 children. A high chair and a travel cot can be provided free of charge upon request.
The large, sunny balcony with comfortable seating and a side view of the sea is perfect for relaxing.
Optional: Bed linens can be booked for 12.50 euros and towels for 7.50 euros per person per stay through the cleaning service Michael Molkenthin at
info@mm-fensterputzer-wismar.de. up to 1 week before arrival.

A parking space is located directly in front of the house, complete with a private e-bike rack. A bike rental shop (including e-bikes) is 70 metres away.
The island of Poel is still an insider’s tip on the Baltic Sea. Located near Wismar and connected to the mainland by a causeway, it offers beautiful beaches, a large nature reserve, and kilometres of walking and biking trails through meadows and fields, as well as horseback riding holidays. The bike path along the coast begins just a few metres from the house!
Gollwitz, with its flat sandy beach, is located right next to the bird sanctuary—perfect for nature lovers and families.

Nach einer Verzögerung bei der Anreise, die super von unserem Gastgeber geklärt wurde, hatten wir wunderbare Tage am Meer. In 2min ist man am Strand mit einem Spielplatz und der "Schmugglerbude" mit fantastischen Fischbrötchen.Die Insel ist toll zum Fahrradfahren auch mit Kindern.In der Wohnung hat uns lediglich ein Wasserkocher gefehlt.Gerne wieder.

Der Glas-Wasserkocher ist unmittelbar vor Danielas Anreise zersprungen, mittlerweile ersetzt worden und steht damit wieder zur Verfügung.

Wir haben uns in der Ferienwohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und geschmackvoll eingerichtet, mit sehr viel Liebe zum Detail. Es war alles da, was man von einer Ferienwohnung erwartet. Sogar noch mehr: für die ersten Tage war in der Küche ein kleine Sortiment zusammengestellt (Spüli, Tabs, Geschirrtuch, Spülschwamm) und auch eine Duschvorlage war vorhanden, was wir so nicht kennen. Wir würden diese Ferienwohnung auf jeden Fall erneut buchen.
Strand von Gollwitz, hier unbedingt die Schmugglerbude aufsuchen, gibt dort super leckere Pommes und noch einiges anderes was zu empfehlen ist. Nettes freundliches Personal, das immer am lachen ist

Schöne, helle und moderne 3-Zimmerwohnung. Das Bad mit Regendusche war top und alles sehr sauber. Die Umgebung eignet sich perfekt für Wanderungen oder Radtouren, und mit einem Fernglas kann man die Vögel auf Langenwerder beobachten.

Wir können die Unterkunft uneingeschränkt empfehlen. Super Ausstattung, alles sehr hochwertig und sauber. Der Strand ist fast vor der Tür. Auch die Kommunikation war äußerst angenehm. Es gibt wirklich absolut gar nichts zu meckern. :)

Vielen Dank für die schöne Bewertung. Leider ist seit über 1 Jahr der Ortskern eine Baustelle, wobei nur gelegentlich Erdarbeiten durchgeführt werden und dann wieder monatelang nichts passiert. Aber Ende des Jahres soll alles fertig sein!

Eintolles Feiertagswochenende mit meiner Kleinen und Oma und Opa

Es war super. Eine tolle Unterkunft mit allem was man braucht. Tolle Insel mit vielen Möglichkeiten für einen Ausflug oder einfach nur für eine schöne Zeit am Strand bzw. im Sand am tollen Spielplatz. Super Gastgeber und klasse eingerichtete Wohnung.

Entspannung pur

Eine liebesvoll eingerichtete Ferienwohnung für bis zu 4 Personen. Blick auf eine grüne Wiese vom Balkon aus. Drum herum Stille. Der Strand nur 5 Gehminuten entfernt. Ebenso sind ein kleines Café (nur am Wochenende geöffnet) und ein Restaurant nebenan. Fast in direkter Nachbarschaft befindet sich ein Fahrradverleih. Wer Erholung sucht, ist hier genau richtig. Die Ferienwohnung ist groß genug auch für Regentage. Wir hatten Glück und hatten die ganze Zeit Sonne.

Schöner Urlaub nah des Strandes

Wir hatten einen schönen Urlaub. Die Ausstattung der Fewo und auch die Lage nur wenige Meter vom Strand entfernt ist sehr gut. Etwas Luft nach oben ist noch bei der Sauberkeit. An verschiedenen Stellen gab es sichtbar Staub (bspw. Fensterbänke, Nachttisch) und etwas Geschirr haben wir vor der ersten Nutzung erst einmal abgewaschen.

Schöne Unterkunft mit langer Treppe

Strandnah, Timmendorf, Kirchdorf schnell errreichbar, Gasthsus in unmittelbarer Nähe. Unterkunft sauber und ordentlich, Treppe als Gehbehinderter schwierig, aber machbar. Wir würden nochmal buchen (dann Erdgeschoss)

Schöne Wohnung zum wohlfühlen

Wir haben uns in der hellen und modernen Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Lage im Ort und zum Strand war toll. Einziges Manko waren die offen zugänglichen Putzmittel, die nicht kindersicher waren.

Kleine moderne Fewo in Wassernähe

Modern eingerichtet. Für 2 bis 3 Personen optimal. Balk9n zur Südseite. Strand in 5 min zu Fuß erreichbar. Wer im Winter die Stille sucht, ist hier richtig.

Poel ist immer eine Reise wert

Sehr ansprechendes Interieur. Wir haben sehr gemütlich in den Sesseln sitzend, geplaudert und die Ruhe genossen. Es war alles da, was wir brauchten....
