3-room apartment 90 m2 on 1st floor. Partly renovated in 2022: living/dining room with satellite TV and air conditioning. Exit to the balcony. Entrance hall with air conditioning. 1 room with 1 double bed (2 x 90 cm, length 200 cm). 1 room with 1 french bed (180 cm, length 200 cm). Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 induction hot plates, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine). Bath/bidet/WC, sep. WC. Balcony 11 m2. Facilities: washing machine, iron, children's high chair, baby cot, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed. Fire extinguisher.
