Wunderschöne Aussicht

Einige Renovierungsarbeiten wurden durchgeführt z. B. die Gartenmauer bzw. der Gartenzaun. Aber es ist noch einiges zu ereuern bzw. auszutauschen ( Lattenroste - Betten groß, Matratzen, Fensterländen oben, Geschirr unten) Ein Genuss ist die Aussicht von der oberen Terrasse auf das Mittelmeer. Das wahre Plus dieses Hauses !!!!

Simplement correct.

Villa mal située pour la plage et les cour ses. Difficile et dangereux de rentrer et sortir un véhicule de la location. Lit de la chambre du haut inadapté: trop grand empêchant l'ouverture de la penderie et des tiroirs de la commode. Escalier extérieur difficile à emprunter, manque de rambarde. Volets de bois en fin de vie que l'on hésite à manipuler. A l'étage: Impossible de manger à l'intérieur faute de table correcte. Micro-ondes trop sophistiqué. Côté positif: clim dans chaque pièce.

Bijzondere indeling

Mooie plek, vanaf balkon zicht op zee. De bedden en badkamers zijn goed. De benedenverdieping was net gerenoveerd . Airco op beide etages en 1 van de slaapkamers Belangrijk te weten dat de beide etages alleen via een buitentrap met elkaar verbonden zijn. Bijzondere indeling en keuzes(verwarrend ), beide etages complete keuken , boven de bankstellen en de tv , Beneden de grote eettafel.(met maar 3 stoelen) en boven piepkleine eettafel. 8 personen is de inrichting niet toereikend.

Tolle Lage

Das Ferienhaus entsprach genau der Beschreibung. Die Schlüsselübergabe hat problemlos geklappt und auch sonst hat alles von der Buchung bis zur Abreise sehr gut funktioniert. Fast alle Häuser um uns herum waren schon unbewohnt, da die Saison wohl vorbei war. Das hat es super schön ruhig und erholsam gemacht. Unten am Meer kommt man immer irgendwo zu einem Fleckchen am Wasser wo niemand ist. Das war auch für unseren Hund zusätzlich sehr angenehm.

Dit schitterende huisje is van alle gemakken voorzien. Een heerlijke vakantiewoning dicht bij de zee. Prachtig uitzicht, rustig gelegen. Voor herhaling vatbaar. Enige puntje zijn de bedden. Een slaapbank in de kamer is wel wat improviseren met twee jongens van 14 en 18. Maar voor twee weken vakantie is het goed te doen.
