Load and start the dishwasher
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Golf Cart:If the golf cart is used it should be plugged in to charge. The cover must be placed on the cart before you leave and secure the straps on the cover. NO SMOKING IN ON CART NO PETS
Grill: If the grill is used. Scoop the cooled ashes into the black metal pail provided. Dump fully cooled ashes in a trash bag and take out with the garbage before departure.
Trash: Take the trash out in the morning and leave on the curb for pick up before 10:am. Do not take trash out at night as critters will tear into the bags and a fee will be charges back to you.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
