It was clean. issues when we first arrived. Instruct. on arrival was to get 2 parking passes From the guard shack. The guard rudely said he didnt have any pass. Then just writes me one, and says when my other guest arrives he will give them a pass. I stated, I am to get both at arrival. He says we didn’t even have 1 down here. Take this one and get the other when they arrive. And rudely keeps waving me through the entrance. I stopped the next day and asked another guard. No problem ma’am we will give it to them when they arrive. The next day, I go by to make sure because my guest is coming in that day, guard says nope, no pass - go to building b - I said, my passes are not at the desk in building b . They were specifically to be here . He says no, and pushes me along - I contacted owner, she was pleasant , but made sure to tell me what the instructions states to get passes at arrival . I am aware of the instructions,(might I say - it stated in the instructions there have been issues with getting the passes) but it is hard when you are in a car talking to a guard - they are continuously saying move along, “go ahead” there is a line ma’am “ finally I was able to get my other parking pass - only bc I went to front desk, and told my situation to the sweet lady and showed her my info, and she comped it. ***top metal piece from fridge fell on my fam member,the first time we opened the fridge - owner said to just put away and will get attached back after our stay (5 nights)
