Sehr schönes GrundstĂŒck mit großem Pool und unglaublich vielen Liege- und Sitzmöbeln. Tolle AussenkĂŒche mit Grill und Herd. Die KĂŒche ist super ausgestattet wie selten gesehen. Das Haus liegt eher ruhig und ist somit fĂŒr pure Erholung perfekt. Man braucht aber auf jeden Fall ein Auto.

Wir waren zu viert (2 Erwachsene, 2 Jugendliche) und haben uns in diesem Ferienhaus rundum wohlgefĂŒhlt. Der Pool ist ĂŒberraschend groß und mit acht Sonnenliegen perfekt ausgestattet – so konnte jeder frei wĂ€hlen zwischen Sonne und Schatten. Auch der Außenbereich mit vielen Sitzgelegenheiten und einer tollen AußenkĂŒche war ein Highlight, das wir oft genutzt haben. Drinnen ist das Haus außergewöhnlich gut ausgestattet, wirklich alles vorhanden, was man braucht – so haben wir es in FerienhĂ€usern selten erlebt. Die Klimaanlage war bei den hohen Temperaturen ideal. Kommunikation mit Vermieter/Verwaltung lief reibungslos. Kurz: absolut empfehlenswert, volle Punktzahl!

Gelungener Urlaub

Die Unterkunft ist wirklich traumhaft. Es fehlte an nichts. Top Ausstattung und ein wirklich schöner großer Pool mir vielen Sitz- und Liegemöglichkeiten. Es war alles sehr sauber und gepflegt. Die Umgebung ist sehr ruhig, mit Auto ist die Lage aber super, da alles schnell zu erreichen ist.

Erholsame Stunden

Der Aufenthalt war sehr angenehm, die Top ausgestattete Finka mit WLAN, Fernsehern, toller KĂŒche und schönen BĂ€dern lĂ€sst einen den Alltag vergessen. Auf dem großen GrundstĂŒck sind mehrere Sitzgelegenheiten die jedem den nötigen Freiraum geben. Der große Pool lĂ€dt zum Entspannen ein. FittnessgerĂ€te sind auch vorhanden. Kurz, ein toller Urlaub in ĂŒberdurchschnittlichem Ambiente.

Wunderschöne Unterkunft

Wir hatten eine großartige Zeit in diesem tollen Haus. Es ist sehr gut ausgestattet, die KĂŒche modern und die Betten von guter QualitĂ€t. Aber insbesondere der Außenbereich ist ein Traum: ein tolles eingewachsenes und gepflegtes GrundstĂŒck, großer Pool und viele schöne SitzplĂ€tze. Man benötigt unbedingt ein Auto, aber Strand und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind nur ein paar Fahrminuten entfernt.

Schöner Pool Bereich

Der Aussenbereich ist wunderschön, der große Pool und die vielen Möglichkeiten sich hinzusetzen oder liegen sind hervorragend. Das Haus ist etwas eng, die Betten sind fĂŒr 2 Personen etwas schmal, man miss aufpassen das man nicht herausfĂ€llt beim umdrehen, dafĂŒr sind die Matratzen sind sehr bequem. Die Umgebung ist sehr ruhig, zu ruhig, man muss immer sehr weit fahren um an einen schönen Strand zu gelangen oder zu einem guten Restaurant. Die Restaurants in Sa RĂ pita sind nicht wirklich lecker, bis auf eine Ausnahme, das ist dafĂŒr immer ausgebucht, keinen Platz fĂŒr spontane Besucher, nur mit Reservierung möglich.

Wunderschöne und bestens ausgestattete Finca mit tollem Garten und Pool

Wir haben den Aufenthalt in jeder Hinsicht genossen. Haus, Garten und Pool sind absolut traumhaft und sehr liebevoll gepflegt. Die KĂŒche ist bestens ausgestattet und es fehlt an absolut nichts: von der EiswĂŒrfelmaschine ĂŒber die ElektrogerĂ€te bis zum High-End-Weber-Grill. Der Garten mit verschiedenen Loungebereichen, Palmen und Oleander und vor allem dem wunderschönen Pool laden zum Verweilen ein. Im kleinen Badeort Sa RĂ pita gibt es eine tolle BĂ€ckerei, einige nette Restaurants und wenig Tourismus; das Meer ist klar und lĂ€dt zum Baden ein. Auch die Kommunikation war ausgesprochen freundlich und alles vor Ort (Übergabe, Reinigung etc.) bestens organisiert.

Sehr schöner und erholsamer Aufenthalt

Wir waren von dem Haus und dem GrundstĂŒck gleich ab der ersten Minute begeistert! Alles ist neu renoviert, sehr sauber, liebevoll und schön eingerichtet und es fehlte einfach an nichts in dem Haus! Der Pool ist in Natura sogar noch grĂ¶ĂŸer als auf den Bildern und wurde regelmĂ€ĂŸig gereinigt. Die Kommunikation mit Frau Schmidt verlief immer schnell, unkompliziert und super freundlich. Wir haben von Frau Schmidt auch noch super Tipps fĂŒr Beach Bars und Restaurants erhalten. Wir haben uns alle sehr wohl in dem Haus gefĂŒhlt und haben super schöne Grillabende auf der Terrasse verbracht. Einziges ganz kleines Manko ist die Umgebung, die sehr sehr ruhig ist und bis auf ein kleines Lokal und außer WohnhĂ€usern ist sonst nichts zu finden. Daher ist man auf jeden Fall auf ein Mietwagen angewiesen. Wer aber gerne einen entspannten, ruhigen und erholsamen Urlaub verbringen möchte ohne viel Trubel drumherum, ist hier genau richtig und wird sich an Haus und Pool genauso erfreuen wie wir! :) Wir kommen gerne wieder und können das Haus wĂ€rmstens weiterempfehlen!
