Apartment No. 3 on the upper floor offers approximately 40 m² of space—enough for a relaxing holiday on the Baltic Sea. The living area features an open layout and is comfortably furnished with a cosy sofa, a dining table, and a well-equipped kitchenette.

The separate bedroom contains two single beds. For our youngest guests, we’re happy to provide a travel cot and a high chair upon request.

The new sleeper sofa in the living room has a generous sleeping surface measuring 2.00 m x 1.52 m and offers an additional comfortable sleeping option. Two extra chairs complete the dining area. The sofa’s storage compartment contains two pillows, two comforters, and matching mattress protectors. The selection of dishes, cutlery, and glasses has also been expanded for your convenience. An additional chest of drawers will be added to the furnishings shortly.

New: covered bike shelter
A newly built, covered bike shelter is now available—ideal for active holidaymakers.

The bathroom, bathed in natural light, is bright, features modern tiling, and includes a shower stall and a large window.

The spacious garden is available for shared use and invites you to relax surrounded by greenery. Kellenhusen Beach is just a five-minute walk away.

Please note: Pets are not allowed in this house. For added convenience, a laundry package can be booked for an additional fee—ideal for anyone who wants to travel light.
