The home includes three bedrooms and three full bathrooms. Upstairs are two king bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms. The lower-level bedroom includes a full bed and dedicated workspace, making it useful as a quiet office or private guest suite. The open main level features a comfortable living room with Smart TV, a fully equipped kitchen, island seating, dining space, and access to outdoor seating.

Guests are close to Grant Park, the Atlanta BeltLine Southside Trail, Summerhill dining, Downtown Atlanta, and Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport. Utilities are included with a monthly cap, and the home is dog-friendly for approved stays. This property is designed for easy move-in living with the comfort, privacy, and convenience of a full townhome.

Please note that, due to community parking restrictions, each reservation is limited to a maximum of 3 cars.

For the safety of our guests and our property, we use a standard guest verification and damage waiver program. After booking, you will receive a link from our 3rd party provider Truvi to verify your identity and electronically sign our rental agreement. This is a standard requirement for all reservations and takes just a minute.

Please note that your reservation is pending until the above mentioned items are completed. Failure to complete the verification may result in the reservation being canceled per our house rules.

For longer stays (30+ days), we may require a background check and signed Lease Agreement.

Our home is professionally cleaned, well-maintained, and receives regular preventative pest control. However, due to Georgia’s climate—especially during the warm and humid summer months—an occasional outdoor bug may still find its way inside. The occasional presence of a common outdoor insect does not indicate an infestation or cleanliness issue and, by itself, is not grounds for a refund or cancellation. Thank you for your understanding.
