Your day starts with a 9-minute walk into Grant Park, past Zoo Atlanta, and ends back at this bright end-unit townhome in Chosewood Park with the balcony door open.

Mellow Mushroom is a 3-minute walk, Cinco De Mayo 8 minutes, and Buteco and Patria Cocina 16 minutes on foot. Georgia State Station is a 7-minute drive, and Hartsfield-Jackson Airport is 19 minutes by car, close enough for an early flight. Ormewood Dog Yard is a 4-minute drive when the dog needs a run.

The home is laid out over three levels. Upstairs are two king bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom. The lower level has a full bed, its own bathroom and a dedicated workspace, a quiet office by day. The open main level brings it together: living room with a smart TV, a full kitchen with island seating, and a dining table.

The details for a longer stay are in place: garage parking, washer and dryer, Wi-Fi, a desk with a desk chair, towels and linens, and room for one dog.

Please note that, due to community parking restrictions, each reservation is limited to a maximum of 3 cars.

For the safety of our guests and our property, we use a standard guest verification and damage waiver program. After booking, you will receive a link from our 3rd party provider Truvi to verify your identity and electronically sign our rental agreement. This is a standard requirement for all reservations and takes just a minute.

Please note that your reservation is pending until the above mentioned items are completed. Failure to complete the verification may result in the reservation being canceled per our house rules.

For longer stays (30+ days), we may require a background check and signed Lease Agreement.

Our home is professionally cleaned, well-maintained, and receives regular preventative pest control. However, due to Georgia’s climate—especially during the warm and humid summer months—an occasional outdoor bug may still find its way inside. The occasional presence of a common outdoor insect does not indicate an infestation or cleanliness issue and, by itself, is not grounds for a refund or cancellation. Thank you for your understanding.

Important Note: Per HOA rules, STR guests are not allowed to use the pool & clubhouse.
