Cozy rustic Bavarian holiday apartment on the lake in the holiday village of Hoher Bogen

The state-certified climatic health resort of Arrach is located in one of the most beautiful valleys of the Bavarian Forest, the Lamer Winkel. It is surrounded by the local mountains Osser, Arber, Kaitersberg, and Hoher Bogen. It’s always a wonderful experience, both in summer and winter. Here is some information about our holiday rental: The holiday rental is located in Arrach in the “Hoher Bogen” holiday village The apartment for rent is on the lower level, approx. 75 sqm, 2 bedrooms for 4 to 5 people—extra beds are available. A guest bed and a travel cot are available. The price varies by season. A visitor’s tax of €1.30 per person per day applies to guests 16 years of age and older. Electricity, gas, and water are included in the price. Please bring your own bed linens and towels. Amenities: Refrigerator with freezer compartment, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, electric kettle, washing machine, and Wi-Fi. A grill, lounge chairs, and a beach umbrella are also available. There are several playgrounds in the holiday village. There is a large swimming pool nearby in the health resort of Lam, as well as one about 15 km away in Bad Kötzting. We offer our guests a bread roll and newspaper delivery service! Horseback riding opportunities at a riding stable (800m) are within walking distance, and the lake is right in front of our terrace. “Hohenwarth” train station 1.5 km, outdoor swimming pool 10 km, thermal baths 10 km. Golf course (9 holes) 6 km, tennis 6 km, chairlift 9 km, ski facilities 9 km, ski slopes 9 km, ski rental 11 km, ski school 9 km, cross-country ski trail 11 km. Nearby attractions: Bayerwald Zoo in Lohberg 15 km, Bad Kötzting Casino, Neukirchen Fun Park. Well-known ski resorts are easily accessible: Eck 10 km, Am Hohen Bogen 9 km, Arber 29 km. Hiking areas: Lamer Winkel, Arber region. Guest cards entitle holders to free use of all buses and trains within the fare zone of the VLC Tarifgemeinschaft Landkreis Cham. Empfehlenswerte Unterkunft im Bayrischen Wald

Wenn man keine überzogenen Anforderungen hat, ist diese Unterkunft genau richtig. Alles da, was man so benötigt. Platz genügend. Schöne Lage (erste Reihe am See). Schöne Gegend. Die Vermieterfamilie war freundlich und telefonisch gut erreichbar. Das Objekt war seinen Preis wert. Ärgerlich ist halt die "Bettensteuer" (Kurtaxe!). Der Einstieg in den See ist etwas beschwerlich, auch am sog. Badeplatz; kein Steg oder Leiter vorhanden. Daher empfehlen sich Schwimmschuhe. Im Sommer sollte man tagsüber mit Lärm von Rasenmähern, Kettensägen oder Handwerkern klar kommen. Viele Hundehalter waren anwesend. Für uns kommt diese Wohnung für einen weiteren AUfenthalt zu einem späteren Zeitpunkt wieder in Betracht.

Sehr schöne ruhige Lage...

Rustikal eingerichtet wie beschrieben. Das nötigste ist vorhanden. Insektengitter könnte man erneuern.. Und den Duschkopf bzw. Die Halterung.. Alles andere ist top, war sauber, Ruhige Lage bis auf das ab und an der Zug gehupt hat, fanden wir selbst nicht störend. Sonst eine ruhig gelegene Ferienwohnung. Waren sehr zufrieden und würden gerne wieder kommen... Schöne ausflugsziele erreichbar ab ca. 15 bis 20 minuten aufwärts...
