The Space:

This beautifully renovated Naples Park home is ready for your enjoyment! Some of the wonderful upgrades include a stylish metal roof, a new kitchen, bathrooms, tile, a tankless hot water heater, and a fence. Spend your sunny evenings swimming in the huge enclosed saltwater pool and spa or working on your tan on any of the poolside loungers. If you want to venture out to the beach, take the provided toys, beach chairs, and beach wagons to make your day even more pleasurable. Surprise your loved ones with delicious grilled treats using the gas grill available. The covered patio provides a great spot to unwind with comfortable furniture.





Inside, a bright and open floor plan offers enough space to accommodate all your guests and it's been tastefully furnished for your convenience. The living area with its large comfortable sofa and smart TV with cable and streaming will be a delight, especially after a fun-filled day swimming in the pool or visiting Vanderbilt Beach (two miles). The fully appointed kitchen is complete with stainless steel appliances and a breakfast bar that acts as a dining table. There is a high chair available as well. For smaller guests, two pack n' plays with a full crib mattress, floaties, baby toys, and a baby play mat are all available. The wet bar off the kitchen has a sink and a mini-fridge, perfect for preparing refreshing cocktails or mocktails.





Four bedrooms and two full bathrooms will be ideal for large families, groups of friends, and couples. The main bedroom has direct patio access and an en suite bathroom with a standalone shower. The other three bedrooms share access to the second bathroom with a tub/shower combo. One of the bedrooms has a comfortable sofa bed and a desk, which will be ideal for people who still need to work or study from home.

Overall the stay was great the back slider is broken and doesn’t have a safety lock just a 2x4 that kids can easily pick up! The location was amazing and the house had everything we needed! We already booked for next year!

For clarity, there is a separate child safety lock located on the right side of the sliding door (the active entry side). The 2x4 is an additional precaution to secure the stationary panel, serving as an extra layer of safety. The pool was great but the hot tub wasn’t hot, though we asked for it heated. The house is perfect for large families with children who aren’t a fussy as I am. I had to empty the dishwasher when we arrived. Sigh. There was no coffee carafe with the Mr. Coffee. There were no sharp knives. When I called they delivered them both right away. Our air conditioner when out the last 48 hrs but there are ceiling fans, so we lived. The house is in a great location and the beds are nice and comfortable. There is a great place to sit outside, though I don’t like stained pillows, which were everywhere. Oh and the management company needs to either paint the front door or clean it!

This was a beautiful and comfortable home for my family of five. The kitchen had appropriate items for us to prepare meals. We explored a different beach each day so we drove to beach access. The paid parking was cheap and the walk from the garage to the beach at Vanderbilt beach was short. If you have young children and lots of items a wagon is a must. My family really enjoyed the pool and hot tub. We did opt for pool heating for our January vacation. This was well worth the price. We had everything we needed and very much enjoyed ourselves. I did need to reach out to customer service for assistance with the door lock and my concern was addressed immediately.

Hello, I have not been followed up with regarding being accommodated for not having hot water over 24 hours while staying at this residence. I had three kids and three adults that had to either not take a shower or had to wait until hot water was provided. We were there for a football tournament and having to deal with kids that were fresh off of the field and not not able to wash and hot water was unacceptable

Family reunion of sorts

This was a great property for our family to come from all directions and meet in Naples Florida. The house was exactly as described, clean and spacious beautiful bedrooms with a lovely outdoor pool area. It was clean and tidy. The managers were always accessible for questions and replied within minutes if we needed anything at all. I highly recommend this property close to Marco Island close to airport.
