Welcome to our holiday rental, which opened in 2016.
You’ll be staying in a self-contained apartment with its own entrance and private terrace.


Hargesheim is located in the beautiful Gräfenbach Valley and is a town with good infrastructure. It is part of the Rüdesheim/Nahe municipal association in the Bad Kreuznach district. The Bad Kreuznach district offers a wealth of attractions, including culture, nature, leisure, and sports.
Guests can enjoy their free time in peace and quiet, indulge in culinary delights, and explore the region on foot or by bike. The nearest train station is in Bad Kreuznach (6 km). Public transport stops are a 5–10-minute walk away. There is a wide selection of hiking and biking trails of varying difficulty levels, either right outside the front door or a short drive away in the surrounding area.
Everything you need for daily life is within easy reach: bakeries, banks, doctors, supermarkets, a pharmacy, and shops.
The apartment features modern amenities (underfloor heating, electric blinds) and sophisticated details. Smoke detectors are installed for your safety.

Stylish living This modernly furnished apartment is the ideal place for your holiday, whether you prefer an active getaway or a peaceful retreat.

Located in the basement of our single-family home with its own entrance, this bright, welcoming 72 m² two-room apartment accommodates up to 4 people. In addition to a spacious kitchen with a small dining area, a bedroom with a double bed (2x2 m), a bathroom, and a separate guest bathroom (renovated in April 2020), you’ll enjoy a large living and dining room. The sofa bed in the living room can be converted if needed (for the 3rd and 4th guests) and, with a mattress topper, provides a comfortable night’s sleep.

We ensure pleasant temperatures with underfloor heating. 
All windows can be darkened with electric shutters—programmable or manually operated at the touch of a button.

A special highlight is your spacious (~30 square metres) private terrace. It features seating, a table, a parasol, and, most recently, a sky lounger.
There, you can enjoy your stay with a book or a glass of wine. The apartment’s quiet location with its own entrance allows you to relax and unwind.

Free Wi-Fi is available.

We ask that you be considerate of future guests. The holiday rental is a non-smoking property, and pets are not allowed. As a result, the apartment is also suitable for people with allergies.

A 43-inch satellite TV and CD radio are available for your use in the living room. A hair dryer and a cosmetic mirror in the bathroom are, of course, provided. Towels, bed linens, and tea towels are available in the apartment.
For longer stays, you will receive fresh hand towels and tea towels starting on the 5th day.

Various kitchen appliances (coffee maker, electric kettle, egg cooker, toaster, microwave, dishwasher, ceramic cooktop with oven) help ensure you can start your day just as you’re used to.
A clothes rack, clothes pegs, and an iron are available.

Our wall lamps and bedside lamps are touch-activated.

For your safety, the holiday rental is equipped with smoke detectors.


Ample free parking is available at the property in the public car park.

We’ve put a lot of effort into furnishing the place and hope you’ll find everything you need. General Information: If you find that anything is missing from the furnishings or if something needs to be repaired, please do not hesitate to contact us. Guests are permitted and encouraged to use all items located in the holiday rental or on the terrace, or that are part of the property. Minimum stay: 3 nights; Maximum occupancy: 4 people
