The penthouse apartment is situated in the small fishing village of Fuseta within the Ria Formosa Natural Park, with its beautiful lagoon beaches, friendly people, and a hiking trail through the salt flats where you can enjoy birdwatching.
The apartment is a short walk from the village centre, which features several cafés, bars, and restaurants. There are also other shops, a post office, banks, and a morning market where you can buy fresh produce, all within a 5-minute walk of the beaches.
This penthouse apartment features one bedroom with a double bed and a private bathroom, as well as a bedroom with two single beds, and can accommodate up to 4 adults.
The living area features a dining area, a comfortable living room, a TV, and free internet access, as well as a large French door leading to the balcony overlooking the residential complex and the Atlantic Ocean.
The kitchen is equipped with a coffee maker, toaster, dishwasher, stove, microwave, espresso machine, refrigerator with freezer, and washing machine.

The apartment is suitable for guests with mobility issues; however, the stairs leading to the terrace are unfortunately not accessible for guests with mobility issues.
Small children must be supervised by an adult.
Smoking is prohibited in the apartment.
There are many activities available, including 7 golf courses within a 20-km radius, windsurfing, kitesurfing, scuba diving, boat trips, or simply walking or biking along the trails through the nature park.
