1 living room with dining area, a small kitchen, 2 bedrooms, and 1 bathroom with shower.
The bathroom has a shower and toilet. The living area opens onto the balcony. One bedroom has a double bed, and the second bedroom has 2 single beds. The apartment comes with a parking space directly next to the building. An open bicycle shelter is available for your use.
A washing machine and dryer are available in the basement (for a fee).
All of our vacation apartments are non-smoking.

General Amenities
Kitchenette: Dishwasher, stovetop, microwave, refrigerator with freezer compartment, electric kettle, coffee maker, toaster.
Electronics: 1 TV, radio, Wi-Fi—free of charge.

Vacation Apartment 4 is located on the first floor and features a west-facing balcony. Unfortunately, there is no elevator in the building.

The prices for our vacation apartments always apply to stays of 7 nights or more; for stays of fewer than 7 nights, a short-stay surcharge applies.


Complex:

Thanks to the central location of the building at Kähler 1, the pedestrian zone, the harbor, and the beach are all just a short walk away. Breakfast options are available in the immediate vicinity of the building. Wi-Fi is, of course, free throughout the building. All apartments in the building have a parking space marked with the apartment number, and there is also a carport in the courtyard for storing bicycles (e-bike charging is available). Like all of our vacation apartments, the apartments in Kähler I are non-smoking. A washing machine and dryer are available in the basement of Building 1 (for a fee). An extra bed can be provided for an additional fee. Apartments 9 through 12 in House Kähler 2 are located at Friedrichstr. 3. House II is situated on the same property as House 1; however, the two different addresses result from the location of the entrances.
