Die Lage der Wohnung ist gut, man ist schnell mitten im Geschehen. Der erste Eindruck war recht positiv, leider hat sich dies im laufe der Woche geändert: Direkt vor der Terrasse entwickelte sich eine umfangreiche Baustelle auf dem Nachbar-Grundstück (anhaltender Baggerlärm). Die Einrichtung ist ziemlich in die Jahre gekommen und die Ausstattung einfach. Auch fehlt es an Aussen-Rollos, da wären zumindest abdunkelnde Gardinen angebracht. Die Abwicklung von der Buchung bis zur Schlüsselübergabe hat prima funktioniert.

Wir waren zum viertenmal in Wohnung 1 und 4 und sind immer wieder von der geschmackvollen Einricht..
Wir waren zum viertenmal in Wohnung 1 und 4 und sind immer wieder von der geschmackvollen Einrichtung und der Vielfallt der Ausstattung (Porzelan, Geschirr, Küchengeräte) begeistert. Was uns diesmal jedoch etwas verwunderte war die Sauberkeit der Wohnung: Der Fußboden war im Wohnbereich sehr verstaubt und krümelig und wirkte dadurch sehr stumpf, wie sandig. Auch war die Duschtasse der innere Rand sehr verstaubt und fleckig als wäre sie lange nicht benutzt worden. Was ich auch schon 2022 beanstandet hatte, war die Terasse. Sie war generell sehr verschmutzt und die Gartenmöbel musste ich erst mal feucht abwischen bevor wir sie nutzen konnten. War wohl noch alles im Winterschlaf. Ansonsten freuen wir uns schon wieder auf den nächsten Aufenthalt in Ihrem Hause und werden sie auch weiterempfehlen. Mit freundlichen Grüßen Heinz Dieter und Marianne Beul
