We enjoyed our stay. The location was good. It was pretty clean. The couch that folds into a bed needs replaced. My son was all excited because he had never slept on one before but once it was all set up decided it was extremely uncomfortable to even try to sit on the springs were all you felt. So he slept in a bed as planned. Both beds were comfortable. The neighbors upstairs were extremely loud and woke us every morning stomping and arguing then repair people were there pounding for hours as well one day. It sounded like a herd of elephants were staying above us. Unfortunately not sure if we would return to this location based on that but the condo itself seemed to be as described.

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We're glad the location worked well for you, that the condo was clean and as described, and that both beds were comfortable for a good night's rest. We're sorry the sofa bed was not comfortable for your son to sleep on. That feedback about the springs has been passed along to our maintenance team to look into. As for the noise from the neighboring unit and the repair work above you, we understand how disruptive that must have been. Activity within other units and the surrounding building falls outside what our team manages directly, though we do our best to coordinate where we can. We're sorry it affected your mornings the way it did. The VueStay Team
