The lock to get in was a little hard to open. Finding security to get parking pass took a bit as they were walking the grounds but didn’t put up a note to say be back in a min as we stood there wondering how to get our parking permit. Wasn’t the cleanest in the bathroom as we found a contact lenses next to the garbage. Dishes were still dirty when we went to use them. Otherwise view was beautiful.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We're glad you enjoyed the beautiful view during your stay. We're sorry to hear that you had trouble with the entry lock, that locating security for the parking pass was frustrating, and that you found the bathroom and dishes weren't up to the standard we hold. We've shared these details with our housekeeping and local team so they can review what happened and make sure we're delivering the level of care you deserve. We appreciate you letting us know, and we'd welcome the chance to host you again.
