Hello David, we apologize for issues you experienced during your stay. Our housekeepers do not provide daily service at this property. If you have issues that need additional attention during your stay our local team is available to assist. The towels are left by the murphy bed in a basket. We do not resupply them and ask guest to wash at the laundry if needed. We ask our guests to please dispose of there garbage in the common area below the stairs. We apologize if this was not done.

The washer and dryer are listed as Shared, and the loft is currently unavailable to guests. Furthermore, we encourage guests to plan on bringing any items not explicitly listed as an amenity that are necessary for their trip. Please note that perishables, including coffee and K-cups, are not provided in order to ensure our high standards of cleanliness and sanitation are continuously met.
