This cosy three-bedroom holiday home is located on a corner lot with a large garden, not far from the reception area with a kiosk. All rooms are on the ground floor, with a living area of approximately 48 m². The thoughtful design, featuring warm colours and natural materials such as wooden beams and wood panelling, creates a harmonious atmosphere.

The bright living room, which opens onto the terrace, is comfortably furnished; a cosy corner sofa set is perfect for relaxing TV and game nights. The TV meets the latest standards (internet-enabled). A radio/CD player and a DVD player are provided.

The light-filled kitchen area is equipped with a modern kitchenette: electric stove with a glass-ceramic cooktop and oven, refrigerator with freezer compartment, dishwasher, microwave, traditional coffee maker and pod coffee machine, electric kettle, toaster, knife block, etc., and a table with two benches seating up to 4 people. We have a high chair available for our youngest guests.

The bathroom, which is bathed in natural light, features a shower and toilet, a bathroom stool, a mirror and a makeup mirror, and a hair dryer. Windows with roller shutters.

In the green outdoor area/patio, you’ll find a large table with four chairs (including cushioned seat covers) and a bench, as well as garden loungers, a parasol, and a grill.

The separate storage room contains a vacuum cleaner, ironing board and iron, a travel cot, a toilet seat adapter, a wooden sleigh, and much more.

This is a smoke-free home. Pets are allowed; please bring your own blankets and bowls.

Loading and unloading is possible right in front of the house; parking is available nearby.



The Öfingen holiday village is situated in a magnificent location on a steeply sloping foothill of the Southern Black Forest. It offers a wonderful panoramic view across the Baar Plateau— 600-900 s above sea level—with the town of Donaueschingen, all the way to the Feldberg and the Bernese Alps. 

Each of the 130 holiday homes, ranging in size from approximately 40 to 90 m², features 1 to 2 bedrooms, a living room with cable TV, a shower and toilet, a fully equipped kitchen with a 4-burner electric stove and oven, a coffee maker, refrigerator, etc., a furnished sun terrace, and a storage room. Includes 1 travel cot and 1 high chair. All holiday homes offer free Wi-Fi internet access.
Centrally located car parks ensure that car traffic remains minimal. The kiosk offers fresh baked goods, drinks, newspapers, and magazines.



Check-in is from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM, and check-out is from 5:00 AM to 10:00 AM.
