Under the gabled roof is the sleeping loft, accessible via a pull-out ladder. This sleeping loft with two beds is a private retreat for children ages 5 and up and for young adults.

The storage room offers plenty of space for suitcases. You’ll also find cushions for the patio furniture, two lounge chairs, two umbrellas, an ironing board and iron, a drying rack, a travel cot and a high chair, a snow shovel, and a sleigh.

Enjoy the quiet residential setting in the lowest row of houses in the holiday village. From here, you’ll have an unobstructed, sweeping view to the east and south.



The Öfingen holiday village is situated in a magnificent location on a steeply sloping foothill of the Southern Black Forest. It offers a wonderful distant view across the Baar Plateau— 600-900 s above sea level—with the town of Donaueschingen, all the way to the Feldberg and the Bernese Alps. 

Each of the 130 holiday homes, ranging in size from approximately 40 to 90 m², features 1 to 2 bedrooms, a living room with cable TV, a shower/toilet, a fully equipped kitchen with a 4-burner electric stove and oven, a coffee maker, refrigerator, etc., a furnished sun terrace, and a storage room. Includes 1 travel cot and 1 high chair. All holiday homes offer free Wi-Fi internet access.
Centrally located parking spaces ensure that car traffic remains minimal. The kiosk offers fresh baked goods, drinks, newspapers, and magazines.



Check-in is from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM, and check-out is from 5:00 AM to 10:00 AM.
