The Space:

Located on a protected inlet bay area, this cabin allows you to escape to the rustic, lakefront home of your dreams, where it’s the perfect spot to enjoy all of life's little pleasures. Perfect for a family reunion, travel group, or other celebration, this getaway features enough space to accommodate everyone!





Stay near home and indulge yourself in a few of the many offerings that come with being next to a lake. Offering the perfect opportunity to enjoy swimming, fishing, and paddle boarding, you will also find included with your reservation is access to the shared Association Pier E. The pier is only a short 3-minute walk from the cabin, providing a dedicated slip for you to securely store your boat overnight. The boat launch is located at the end of 29th at the water, which is about a 3 minute drive. More information is available on the refrigerator door within the cabin.





Conveniently located near amazing wildlife parks and hiking trails, Buckhorn State Park is only a mile away, with Juneau County Castle Rock Park, Adams County Petenwell Park, and Roche-A-Cri State Park all located less than 20 miles from the cabin. There are also snowmobile trails and ATV routes located just around the corner, offering year-round adventure opportunities to thrill-seekers. Two outstanding nearby golf courses include Northern Bay and Sand Valley Golf Resort, giving you access to all things adventure.





The relaxing, rustic charm of the cabin provides the perfect place to unwind. The many large windows in the cabin overlook the property and the lake, providing ample natural lighting, with a well-equipped kitchen conveniently connected to an open dining and common room space. Enjoy entertainment options including provided boardgames, or hang out in the heated garage with a chance to enjoy lighthearted competition by playing Ping-Pong, Foosball, Ring Toss, and large Jenga. With a second refrigerator and freezer combo in the garage, as well as the tools needed for making s’mores, you will find the covered, outdoor grill area provides the perfect space to cook up something tasty at the large, outdoor grill, regardless of the weather. You can enjoy your meal afterwards by sitting around the outdoor fire bowl or on the patio under the gorgeous night sky. The property also includes a private washer and dryer, making it easier to keep enjoying your vacation without having to worry about added errands to spoil your fun.

Castle Rock Stay

The layout of the house was great. Kids in the basement rooms, adult sons &n wives on second floor, and Nana and Bapa in between. Everybody had privacy and lots of space.

Beautiful Cabin on the Lake

This house was perfect for our trip! Many different families coming together and everyone had plenty of space. Both indoor and outdoor areas of this home are great for a big group and we loved the layout of the outdoor patio and grill area. Kids loved the game garage! This house has it all for a big group, would love to return!

Grandma Fest

Each year the family gets together to celebrate our loving grandmother. This cabin was the perfect location to accommodate eight adults and access to the lake. Pictures were accurate very clean. Everything went as expected. We hope to come back to keep building more memories.

Great family bonding

Castle Rock Lake and Devil’s Island were great for tubing, fishing, and fun in the sun. The game room in the air conditioned attached garage with the ping pong tables and foosball was great to have on the rainy days and evenings. Perfect place for a small 3 generation family to reconnect.

Grandma Fest

Great place for us to gather with our Grandma. First floor master bedroom was perfect for her. Short walk to the stable pier was also very accommodating for her. The whole family enjoyed the cabin’s decor and plenty of space to not feel like we were stepping on each other. Beds were very comfortable and everything was well maintained. Outside grilling area and fire pit was a definite, plus. The entire family wanted to come back again for next year.

Awesome stay!

I can’t say enough great things about this property! The home was neat and clean, well stocked with cooking and eating utensils, and awesome outdoor areas. The dock was just a short walk from the home! The basement area was a great retreat for the kids and the three king bedrooms were a blessing for the adults! The game area in the garage was also a big plus! I would recommend to anyone! Thank You!

Great house for family and fun!!

We enjoyed a long weekend with family and friends. 3 nights 4 days 10 adults 4 kids. We took advantage of the lake for ice fishing and sledding. The grandkids found an open patch of ice with no snow and were sliding with their bodies. Great laughs and fun. 86 years old grandma took a turn with the younger generation pulling her across the ice on a sled. Would love to come again during the summer to enjoy the grill and fire pit area!

Family fun!

The house was amazing. We came to spend a family weekend with 4 generations. The home was very clean. There were plenty of clean towels and plenty of pots, pans, plates and silverware. We did go to Red River Ranch in Mauston for a sleigh ride with all 14 of us. I would highly recommend this. They are wonderful people at the ranch. We enjoyed the fire pit and it was great they provided the firewood. The only drawback was no heat in the garage to play the Foosball or ping pong games but, the grandkids just bundled up and played with coats and mittens on. Thank you to the owners for making our stay memorable!

Different than expected

The actual house is nice. Photo of the dock is deceiving as is “private boat slip.” It’s not private. There is no private dock at this location. It is shared. The dock is owned by the HOA and you need to walk down a path that is behind 3 other homes to get to it. For the amount of money paid, we expected lake access from the backyard and not having to walk through a path. There’s also not much to do in the surrounding area of the house. Will not be back.
