Welcome to the "Seesand" house

Here, you’ll find 90 square metres of holiday comfort for the whole family spread over two floors. The beautiful beach in Scharbeutz, with its lively promenade, is less than a 5-minute walk from the apartment. The lovely 3-room holiday apartment No. 10 is located on the 3rd and 4th floors. The 4th floor is also the top floor of the building, offering a penthouse-like atmosphere. The living room, dining area, and sunroom are on the 3rd floor. Enjoy relaxed meals with family and friends at the long dining table, or wind down the day with a glass of wine in the cosy sunroom. The separate kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, oven, stove, and microwave. A modern bathroom with a shower is also located on this floor. The two bedrooms and a comfortable bathroom with a bathtub are on the 4th floor. One bedroom is furnished with a double bed (190 x 200 cm) and a TV, while the other has two single beds (100 x 200 cm). A washing machine is available in the building for a fee. A parking space in the building’s underground garage is included.

The holiday rental offers our guests free Wi-Fi during their stay.

Pets are not allowed.

Die Wohnung liegt in Strandnähe. Schade ist nur, dass man mit Strandmuscheln nur in abgegrenzte Bereiche darf, die dann aber oft zu klein für viele Urlauber sind. Gerade mit Kindern ist es eine günstige Alternative zum teuren Strandkorb. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt in der Wohnung.

Es lohnt sich die Fahrräder mitzunehmen und von Scharbeutz aus einige Touren zu unternehmen. Bäcker und Restaurants gleich in der Nähe.

Super ausgestattete, große Wohnung - perfekt für Familien

Wir haben den Aufenthalt genossen und konnten von Scharbeutz viele Fahrrad Touren unternehmen. Wohnung ist mit vielen Kleinigkeiten bereits ausgestattet wie Kaffee, Gewürzen und einigen Gesellschaftsspielen. Bäcker und Restaurants gibt es unmittelbarer Umgebung. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen.
