HOUSE RULES TERMS. By booking, you confirm that you have read and accepted these rules. Our goal is for you to fully enjoy your stay; if anything feels uncomfortable, please let us know before check out. 1. Guests access Only registered guests are allowed. No visitors. Violations will incur penalties. 2. House rules No smoking indoors (terraces only). Fine: $250,000 COP. No throwing trash from balconies. Fine: $250,000 COP. Zero tolerance for excessive noise, parties, over occupancy, or disturbances. Violations may result in fines of up to 3x the booking value and immediate termination without refund. 3. Responsible guest The main guest must be 18+ and stay for the full reservation. All guests must be registered. False identity bookings will be canceled without refund. 4. Legal compliance Guests must comply with Colombian tourism laws. Violations will be reported. 5. Cancellations Platform policies apply. No refunds for early departures, late arrivals, weather, or external issues. Travel insurance is recommended. 6. Stay termination The host may inspect the property. Serious violations may result in eviction without refund and additional fines. 7. Rates payments Rates may change. In case of errors, the host may modify or cancel the booking. 8. Utilities No refunds for outages of water, electricity, gas, or WiFi, though support will be managed promptly. 9. Security deposit May be requested and refunded within 14 days, minus any damages. 10. Transfers Reservation transfers require host approval and acceptance of these terms. 11. Check in / Check out Check in: from 3:00 PM. Early check in subject to availability. Check out: by 11:00 AM. Late check out subject to availability. Delays may incur charges. 12. Keys Room key loss: $50,000 COP. Main key loss: $100,000 COP. 13. Candles Not allowed. Any damages will be charged. 14.
