Very clean, very comfortable, great a/c, and appliances, quiet complex, and 25-30 min from all the pg fields for baseball tournament.

About leaving the trash. The exact location should be specified. I also asked and they told me that every day at 7pm they pick up the trash from the each apartment door. Thank you very much for the gift to my daughter for her birthday

6/10 Okay

Liked: Check-in, location
Good location. Easy check in and secure neighborhood. Prompt replies when I asked questions. However, the combination of auto responses and human responses on the VRBO inbox was confusing and incongruent at times. The inside of the condo wasn’t what was shown in the pictures. A lot of damage that I needed to note upon arrival. Accommodations were fine, but not accurate to the pictures advertised.

The community was very clean not very friendly. We had a few teenagers knock and run one night. Garbage was frustrating but that was a little bit more of a miscommunication. The ability to reach out with problems and questions was good. The unit needs a better cleaning between stays. Floors were a little dirty. Fridge was in poor condition. Otherwise nice place

2/10 Terrible

Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy
Walked out immediately. Falsely advertised. The pictures shown are if a completely different unit. Different tiling, furniture, bedding arrangements. Sent pictures to VRBO and they agreed. Bedding situation claimed one king, one queen, sofabed. It was 2 queens, no sofabed. Also not at all what the puctures show. Don't expect to get what you see. Communication with host nearly non-existent.
