Botanica is a secure building on Galt Ocean Mile. Guests receive check-in instructions and access details before arrival, so entry is smooth day or night. What every guest shares:

The Neighborhood:

Botanica sits right on A1A along the Galt Ocean Mile in Fort Lauderdale, one of the most walkable oceanfront stretches in the city. The beach is directly across the street - sand and surf are steps from the front door.



What you can reach on foot:

- The Galt Ocean Mile beach, directly across A1A

- Galt Ocean Mile shops and cafes for coffee and a casual bite

- Publix on Galt Ocean Drive for groceries and supplies



A short drive brings you to the village of Lauderdale-by-the-Sea, with local favorites like Aruba Beach Cafe and Casa Maya, plus more restaurants and bars. Las Olas Boulevard and downtown Fort Lauderdale are an easy drive down A1A. It's a relaxed, beach-first neighborhood that works well for both short getaways and longer stays.



Getting Around:

The beach is directly across A1A, and the Galt Ocean Mile shops, cafes, and a Publix are all within walking distance. On-site parking is available for standard-size personal vehicles for a nightly fee; availability is not guaranteed, so reserve early if you're driving. A complimentary electric shuttle runs to nearby shops, restaurants, and the beach, and e-bike rentals include one free hour. Uber and Lyft are widely available. Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport is a short drive south.

-Primary guest must be 21+ to check in

-Additional cleaning, amenities, toiletries, towels, and linens can be requested for an additional fee and are subject to availability — only the initial supply is included



-On-site parking is available for an added nightly fee of $20 per night, subject to availability
