It is divided into two sections, each with its own entrance: one section occupies the first two floors, while the other is located in the attic of the estate. Each section has its own entrance. Built in 1627, this feudal estate is uniquely situated in a magnificent, secluded location on the edge of the forest, featuring a game reserve on the Finkenberg in the Christophstal valley and panoramic views of Freudenstadt. It is one of the few buildings to have survived the great city fires of 1632 and 1945. In 1967 and 2017, it was lovingly restored and renovated, furnished in a modern style to the highest standards. It is ideally situated on the edge of the forest, ensuring you’ll have everything you need to enjoy an unforgettable holiday. The surrounding meadows and the small lake complete the idyllic panorama. The impressive 450 square metres of living space is divided into two residential units within the same building, offering 220 square metres and 230 square metres of living space, respectively. Both units feature separate entrances on different levels and sides of the manor house, as well as their own outdoor areas. The large, spacious living room with an open kitchen and dining area offers plenty of natural light and a cosy atmosphere; the exposed beams, tiled stove, and fireplace—along with the thick stone walls—are unique features. The bedrooms in detail: On the ground floor: one bedroom with a double bed and one bedroom with a pull-out sofa that converts to a double bed. The two share a bathroom, with direct access from both the right and left sides. The spacious spiral staircase leads to the second floor, which features three very spacious bedrooms, a living room, a laundry room, and a large bathroom with a toilet (and underfloor heating). There is a terrace with a grill, as well as a garage with a ping-pong table for recreational activities. The kitchen is exceptionally well-equipped.
