We had a lovely stay and enjoyed the location quite a lot. Walkable 10min to public transit, quiet safe neighborhood to walk to DunbarSt for dinner. Well secured backyard entrance with a side gate. Two bedrooms were perfect for us and a large open kitchen little dining and 1 chair. We pulled the second chair from the bedroom so we could chill together.

Nice quiet street near Pacific Spirit Park, short drive to UBC. Very clean and well appointed, unfortunately the laundry dryer was not working during our stay but the host did notify the landlord so hopefully it's resolved for the next guests.

Property is in a beautiful location near parks and greenery but farther from events and nightlife. It was clean, mostly functional and organized. Enjoyed some of the touches like indoor slippers. Property was missing some basics: mirror put up on wall, lamps and side tables in the bedrooms and there was some lack of clear communication regarding bins for a recycling, garbage and compost, Also it is a basement apartment so some morning noise from kids running and playing upstairs.
