The Location was perfect, Kye was very helpful and the apartment was comfortable and clean with a great view of the DTLA skyline.

I was most impressed with the communication around the check-in process. There were a lot of important details (how to enter the building, how to enter the parking garage, where to park, etc.) that were listed clearly and accurately. As someone who is a "planner" and prefers to know exactly what I need to do when I arrive somewhere at 11pm in the dark, this was great.The property was clean and beautiful, exactly as described. Location hard to beat since we were shuttling folks to/from the convention center area multiple times.
