The house had great views and lots of activities for the kids. We also had daily bear sightings, which was something we were hoping for. They didnt bother us and we didnt bother them- just enjoyed the view.

First off the view is AMAZING!!! Property was very nice and well taken care of. Kitchen was well stocked with all the necessities to cook with. Kids loved the pool,(was a little too cold for me) air hockey table and pickle ball/basketball court. We even got a visit everyday from some locals . Our family of 8 truly enjoyed our time here.

I gotta say, I was slightly worried when I booked here because at the time there were no reviews. In the age of AI I was slightly worried. What if the views were embellished? What if the listing itself wasn’t even real and I was about to get the old “sorry we double booked and you have to stay at a different property” bit? Well, to paraphrase Seinfeld, it is real and it is SPECTACULAR! The views were the closest thing I’ve had to Heaven. The pool, the hot tub, the bears - at least one sighting per day minimum - all of it was perfect. You could even get door dash to deliver if you didn’t want to take the drive down and back up the mountain for food. Everything was very clean also. Don’t get me wrong, there are some oddities like the lack of hangers in the closet or the lack of dressers to put clothes in. The house does seem pretty new so maybe those things are on the way. But listen, everything else the house had to offer made up for it and then some. My kids loved the air hockey and as an 80s/90s kid I loved the NBA Jam arcade game. Basketball/pickleball court was also amazing. I will say, as a flat lander, the drive up the mountain is an experience. I’d definitely recommend not doing it the first time at night. Another helpful hint for the fire pit, you have to have BOTH the electric and gas timer switches on for it to work. This was my family’s favorite rental we’ve ever done. The climb up the mountain is worth it to get to the heavenly views that await up top.

This place is beautiful! The view is truly unmatched. The property is very clean, modern yet rustic, and offers plenty for both kids and adults to stay entertained. The host was great! I highly recommend this beautiful place, which sits higher than the helicopters fly.
