The 50 m² property features a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms, and 1 bathroom, accommodating up to 4 guests. Additional amenities include a TV and access to a shared gym for your enjoyment.



The highlight of this accommodation is the private outdoor area with a covered terrace offering breathtaking mountain views. Guests also have access to a shared outdoor area with a garden.



Outside, you’ll find a children’s play area with a guided sensory path and a fitness trail for adults. On site, there is a snack bar and a shop selling local and handmade products. The owners recommend exploring the Matilde di Canossa trail.



Parking is available on site. In the common area in front of reception, there is a free charging station for e-bikes. Up to 2 dogs are allowed for an extra fee. When booking, please specify your dog’s breed and temperament. Air conditioning is not available. Wi-Fi is available throughout the property. Homemade and homegrown products are offered.
