A high-quality dining table with comfortable, velvet-upholstered chairs is situated between the living area and the kitchenette. The living area features a cosy yet exceptionally stylish seating area that can be converted into a comfortable third and fourth sleeping space. The “Dünen-Residenz” and “Panorama-Residenz” were newly constructed on the property and offer twelve and eight residential units, respectively.

Completed in the spring of 2021, the “Dünen-Residenz” is located on Wustrow’s famous Strandstraße. Similar to the “Panorama-Residenz,” it was newly built and features twelve and eight residential units, respectively, all of which are accessible by lift.
