A well-maintained, clean holiday rental with a pleasant atmosphere and a quiet location.
Our holiday rental is situated on a prime hillside in the Grafschaft region and is in a quiet location, surrounded by one or two single-family homes. Bad Neuenahr, Remagen, and Wachtberg-Berkum are just a few minutes’ drive away, and Bonn is also about 20 minutes away. The forest is about a 10-minute walk away.

Property description:
The apartment is located on the ground floor of a two-unit house and has a separate entrance, driveway, and a small private garden area.
The apartment is family-friendly and features a bedroom, living room, kitchen, and bathroom. The total size is approximately 66 square metres. A parking space is included.

Bedroom:
Double bed (180x200) and wardrobe

Living room:
Corner sofa bed (140x200), sofa bed (140x200), wall unit with TV.
If needed, two to three additional people can stay overnight using these options.

Kitchen:
Fully equipped built-in kitchen with all necessary appliances.
Corner seating area for approx. 6 people

Bathroom:
The apartment features a bathroom with a bathtub, two sinks, and a separate shower.
The apartment is heated by oil-fired central heating in the form of underfloor heating.

Parking:
We offer a free parking space right next to the house. Please use the garage entrance for this purpose. The garage is not in use.
If needed, bicycles or motorcycles can be parked in the available garage.
Electric cars can be charged if needed (for a fee).

Bedding, towels, and final cleaning:
Bedding and towels are provided, but you are also welcome to bring your own if you prefer.
Final cleaning is already included in the price; no additional cleaning services are offered.

Key pickup / Check-in:
You’ll receive the key to the apartment at the same address—just ring the doorbell for the Cimen family.
You must present a photo ID at check-in.

Check-out and keys:
Please simply leave the key on the kitchen table when you check out and close the front door behind you. Of course, if you’d like, you can also return the key in person and say goodbye.
Check-out time is no later than 10:30 a.m.
