We had a lovely stay. The property is beautifully appointed, clean, with great a/c, and the hostess left a thoughtful basket of treats out for us as well. The neighborhood was quiet, the landscaping beautiful, and the location a quick drive away from lots of fun spots around Wilmington.

Just a few minutes from downtown Wilmington and about 20 minutes from Wrightsville Beach, it offers easy access to both the city’s dining, nightlife, and riverfront attractions as well as coastal recreation. Wilmington International Airport is also nearby, making travel especially convenient. The neighborhood is primarily made up of single-family homes, many of which are older 1940s–1960s ranch-style houses that have been updated over time, giving the area a mix of charm, mature trees, and a lived-in, established feel rather than new construction uniformity.
