This property was exactly as described. The unit was clean and well appointed with anything you may need. The decor was very nice and the balcony provided a partial ocean view with comfortable seating. The host was quite attentive as we had an issue with the air conditioning upon arrival but they kept us informed and solved the problem efficiently and followed up with us the next day to be sure all was well. Great customer service.

The property was clean and the location great. I didn’t feel like the closet bunks were safe for our kids to sleep on. They were very narrow. They wound up sleeping on the couch in the living room. I would say the property comfortably sleeps 5.

Did not get the check in email until one hour after check in time. Gate code was wrong, couldn't get in to parking lot for almost 30 minutes. Two days into trip AC goes out. Management company called at 8:30. AC people come out hour later say AC is not able to be fixed. Management company says we have to move to new property. Did not know when we would get into new property. Kept calling to find out a time, meanwhile we couldn't do anything we had planned because of wait to move. We did not get into new property until 4:00 that evening.
