Wir waren im August für 7 Tage in Güntersberge. Als wir das Grundstück bei der Schlüsselübergabe gesehen haben, waren wir schon etwas enttäuscht.Das Grundstück ist sehr ungepflegt, die Grillecke nicht nutzbar (sehr dreckig) und die Campingmöbel stehen schmutzig in einem Schuppen welcher ebenfalls unsauber ist. Aber es war nicht alles schlecht! Der Bungalow bietet alles für ein Kurzurlaub und ist für 2 Personen ausreichend.Was man bemängeln muss und was nicht im Internet beschrieben wird, die steile Trappe ist für ältere Leute eingeschränkt nutzbar. Es gibt zwar Lichtschalter, aber keine Beleuchtung.Im dunklen ist die Begehbarkeit schon etwas gefährlich.Aber der Harz mit seinen Sehenswürdigkeiten und Wanderwegen macht den Urlaub zu ein Erlebnis.

Die Unterkunft war für mich und meinen Hund wunderbar. Ein eingezäunter Garten, sehr ruhige Umgebung und alles vorhanden. Wir haben uns direkt wohl gefühlt. Man sollte mit Fahrzeug anreisen, da der nächste Einkaufsladen in Harzgerode ist. Herzlichen Dank

De woning was netjes en schoon Sleutel overdracht ging prima en snelDe woning is eigenlijk niet voor 4 volwassenen Daar is het te klein voor De trappen naar boven vond ik ook vervelend had het niet goed ingeschat Voor mensen die slecht ter been zijn is dit een probleem Verder is de omgeving prima veel te doen

Wir haben eine schöne Woche in diesem Ferienhaus verbracht. Hier ist alles schlicht und einfach gehalten und es fehlt an nichts. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter und die Übergabe der Schlüssel verlief reibungslos. Bei unserem nächsten Urlaub im Harz, kommen wir gerne wieder auf das Haus zurück. Auch unser Hund hat sich sehr wohl gefühlt.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden, das Häuschen ist gepflegt und alles ist vorhanden z.b. wenn man gern kocht.Die Terrasse bot einen guten Ausblick über das Tal. Viele Wanderwege, die Schmalspurbahn und ein See mit super "Einkehr" in der "Schmunzelstube" fußläufig zu erreichen. Dieses Objekt ist empfehlenswert.

Es war ein schöner und erholsamer Urlaub, eine wirklich schöne ruhige Lage. Einrichtung des Bungalows war in Ordnung alles da was man braucht. Bungalow wurde uns freundlich und Sauber übergeben. Im Garten müsste mal was gemacht werden, Sträucher schneiden und den seitlichen Aufgang müsste angerichtet werdene.Wir hatten einen älteren Hund mit Arthrose dabei ,der kam die Steintreppe nicht rauf da mussten , da mussten wir den seitlichen Aufgang Benutzen dort sind aber die Steine ziemlich wacklig.Ansonsten ein schöner Urlaub. Danke!!

Es war alles da was man brauchte. Es war auch sauber. Check in und Check out waren ganz unkompliziert. Die Schlafmöglichkeiten waren ok.Es gibt ein Ausklappsofa und ein 1,60m Bett. Für uns 4 schmalen kleinen Leute kein Problem. Kann mir aber gut vorstellen das nicht jeder mit dem Platz klar kommt.Ansonsten hat es uns super gefallen. Auch die Umgebung und der Ausblick sind super.

Schönes Häuschen, der Urlaubsort aber leider ein Flop.

Die Fahrt zum Ferienhaus Top, genau so wie die Übergabe der Schlüssel, im Häuschen ist wirklich alles was man braucht, uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Aber leider ist Güntersberge nicht gerade ein Vorzeigeort. Der Bergsee war als Badesee mit Bootverleih im Internet ausgewiesen. Leider durfte man nur an einer eingezäunten Stelle gegen Geld ins Wasser, die war aber ohne Grund geschlossen und unser Hund durfte dort nicht mit rein und das bei knapp 30 Grad. Der Bootsverleih hatte auch zu, der Imbis daneben auch zu. Essen war nur in einem Restaurant möglich aber man wartete 90 Minuten auf sein Essen, obwohl es nicht voll war. Man muss schon mehr als 15 Km fahren um sich mit Lebensmitteln zu versorgen da viele Restaurants und Imbis in der Gegend geschlossen waren. Schade eigendlich. Ansonsten kann man viel wandern gehen.

Das Eigentumsverhältnisse sowie Öffnungszeiten im Internet falsch dargestellt werden, ist mir leider auch mehrfach aufgefallen, da gebe ich Ihnen Recht. Eine Region, die für Urlaub und Erholung wirbt, sollte diesbezüglich aktiver sein. Ich hoffe, Sie hatten aber trotzdem eine schöne Zeit. Schöne Grüsse

Unser Aufenthalt war schön, die Betreuung von dem Fewo Mitarbeiter gut. Die Lage ist außergewöhnlich am Hang gelegen. Bis auf ein Geschirrtuch gute Ausstattung

Alles in Ordnung, keine Probleme.

Alles war, wie beschrieben: der Bungalow reicht für 3 Personen gut aus. In der Küche war alles da, was man braucht. Teilweise taucht überall etwas DDR-Charme auf, stört aber nicht. Das Außengelände scheint langsam zu zuwachsen. Insgesamt: alles gut, wir kommen gerne wieder!

Wandern u. Dampflok

Bin Dampflokfan und wir wandern gerne. Kamen voll auf unsere Kosten. Bus und Bahn bis Quedlinburg frei. Empfehlenswert ist auch das Rosarium/Rosengarten in Sangerhausen. Schöne Wandermöglichkeiten. Sehr ruhige Lage - sehr nette Nachbarn. Keine Einkaufsmöglichkeit am Ort - aber das kann man ja bei den Ausflügen erledigen. Im Haus alles da was man so braucht. Helmut u. Schöne rührige Gegend

Großen Lob an den Vermieter, sehr zuvorkommend und sehr freundlich. Die Gegend ist eine schöne Ecke jedoch für Kinder unter 4 ist alles sehr verstreut. Nette Einheimische Nachbarn ! Unser Hund durfte wegen den eingezäunten Grundstück problemlos alleine schnuppern :-) einiges Manko ist die Sauberkeit , wir brauchen es nicht steril allerdings hat alles ein bisschen muffig gerochen . Einmal alles vernünftig sauber machen muss für die Endreinigungskosten drin sitzen .

Urlaub Harzglück Albertine

Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und liebevoll eingerichtet. Die Umgebung ist toll, schade ist nur das die Gastronomie geschlossen hat. Für einen erholsamen Urlaub im Harz zu empfehlen.
