This apartment is located on the first floor of an apartment building in the small village of Li?njan, not far from the seaside resort of Medulin.
The apartment has a semi-covered terrace with access from the living room and a shared terrace by the communal pool, where you can have your meals of the day as well as just relax with conversations and good books.
In the garden you will find a brick fireplace where you can barbecue and deck chairs to doze in the sun.

The apartment is comfortably furnished in cheerful colors and equipped with everything you need for a relaxing vacation.

You can also enjoy the bathing life on the natural beaches of Li?njan, the sandy beach in Medulin and experience Cape Kamenjak in Premantura, located on the southernmost tip of Istria, whose many beaches and untouched nature are something very special.
In the lively seaside resort of Medulin, there is always entertainment and leisure activities in high summer, just as the ancient city of Pula with its many Roman monuments is worth a visit.
