The house was perfect for our stay. Close walking distance to the Sharc, passes included with the rental. The hot tub was a great way to transition the kids out of the Sharc and back to the house. It was clean and worked well. The kids used the bikes, axe throwing game and corn hole. We didnt have an issues, but Michael answered my questions quickly and effectively. Fantastic experience.

Pros: SHARC and downtown Sunriver were SUPER close, great for my teenage kids to be able to go over alone, kitchen was stocked. Beautiful upstairs bathroom! Cons: upstairs king mattress was not comfortable. Ice maker wasn’t working, but after a reset we got it going. Otherwise, a nice house and Michael was super responsive when I needed to reach out to him.

The host was very responsive and friendly. The home however is in desperate need of a good deep clean and some maintenance. The downstairs bathroom had multiple spots of sticky dirt buildup covered in dog hair. The main living floors were quite dirty as well, making my feet black from walking on them. The sliding door track was bent causing the door to be very hard/noisy to open and close. Two very nice outside patio areas, however they were also dirty with pine needle buildup, stained chairs and broken bbq. We had issues with the dryer taking forever to dry towels, which we had to do twice because there were barely enough towels for our party. Had to run the dishwasher 3 times to get dishes clean as the dishwasher soap pods would get stuck or not dissolve. Lots of little issues that added up. All things that could be solved with a good deep cleaning and some tlc. The location is great and room setups are very good. Hoping the owners take some time to give it the care it needs and it would be a great spot to stay

We’ve shared the cleaning concerns with our team and are addressing the bathroom, floors and outdoor areas, along with the sliding door, dryer, dishwasher and grill issues you mentioned. I appreciate you bringing these things to our attention, and we’ll be using your feedback to make the home better for future stays.
