Our Doberauer holiday rental is located right in the heart of Lindau Island, in the renovated, historic “Seehof” on Reichsplatz. Lindau’s famous landmarks—the “Lindau Lion” and the “Lighthouse at the Seaport”—as well as the historic Old City Hall are all in the immediate vicinity of your accommodation.

The comfortably furnished holiday apartment measures 63 square metres and features one bedroom, an additional double bed on the open loft, and a sleeper sofa in the living area. The apartment accommodates 1 to 6 people—ideal for 2–4 adults and 2 children. Your holiday home is located on the 4th floor and is easily accessible by lift.

The fully equipped open kitchen and a bathroom with a shower and toilet offer everything you need for your stay.

Thanks to the apartment’s prime location near the pedestrian zone and the lakefront harbour, you’re just a few steps away from bakeries, a supermarket, cafés, and restaurants. The harbour is less than 200 metres away, and the nearest swimming spot is about 400 metres away.

You’ll also benefit from convenient access to the ski resorts in Vorarlberg and the Allgäu—thanks to direct train connections, you’ll be on the slopes in no time and can enjoy the perfect combination of Lake Constance and Alpine charm without the stress of travel.

Amenities for a completely carefree stay:
Upon your arrival, you’ll find freshly made beds, carefully laid out hand towels, shower towels, and tea towels, as well as a starter pack with cleaning, dishwashing, and hygiene supplies. Final cleaning, bed linens, and one set of towels per person per week are included in the price; additional towel sets can be booked at any time as needed.

Important Information:
Dogs are allowed in this accommodation for an additional fee. Flexible check-in and check-out are available seven days a week, and thanks to the key safe on site, even late arrivals are no problem. There is a bike storage room in the building. The apartment does not have its own parking space, but you can conveniently drive up to the front door to load and unload.
